Jack Knife

Delight your palate with this creative concoction of bittersweet and smoky while you warm up after a day on the slopes.

  • 2 oz Distiller’s Workshop Smoked Bourbon Whiskey
  • ½ oz Cascadia d’Amore American Bitter Liqueur
  • ½ oz maple syrup
  • 1 dash The Bitter Housewife Barrel-Aged Bitters
  • 1 orange zest for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass over a large ice cube and stir to incorporate. Garnish with orange zest.
