Salty Dog

  • 1½ oz New Deal Vodka or Portland 88 Vodka
  • grapefruit juice
  • kosher salt

Salt the rim of a rocks glass and fill with ice. Add vodka and top with grapefruit.

Cascadia Mimosa

  • ¼ oz Cascadia American Bitter Liqueur
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • sparkling wine

Add Cascadia, simple syrup, and grapefruit juice to a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.

AM Gold

  • 1 oz New Deal Coffee Liqueur
  • ½ oz Headframe Spirits Orphan Girl Bourbon Cream Liqueur
  • ¼ oz Amaretto
  • 2 oz Stumptown Cold Brew

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, fill with ice, and shake until cold. Strain into a glass of your choice, add ice, and enjoy!

Rosé Spritz

A true Cascadian spritz highlighting the bounty of Oregon.

Combine bitter liqueur and rosé in a wine glass with ice and top with soda water.

Sunday Driver

Enjoy a slow Sunday brunch with our gingery take on the Screwdriver.

Mix ingredients together and pour over ice in an 8 oz glass. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Ginger Mimosa

Wow your brunch guests with this fun take on the morning mimosa.

  • 1 oz New Deal Ginger Liqueur
  • 2½ oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 2½ oz dry sparkling wine

Add Ginger Liqueur and orange juice to a champage flute and top with sparkling wine.

New Deal House Bloody Mary

This is our most popular Bloody Mary recipe. We serve it at events, trade shows, and the Tasting Room to rave reviews. If our Hot Monkey Pepper-Flavored Vodka has too much of a kick for you, try substituting our Portland 88 Vodka instead.

  • 2 oz Hot Monkey
  • 2 T dill pickle brine
  • ½ t Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ t onion powder
  • ¼ t garlic powder
  • ¼ t lemon pepper
  • 8 oz Campbell’s tomato juice
  • ½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice

Mix ingredients well and serve over ice. Garnish with citrus and your favorite pickled goodies!

Jamaican Morning

Picture yourself lounging on the beach, reading your favorite book and drinking this while a cool breeze tousles your hair…

  • ½ oz New Deal Coffee Liqueur
  • ¾ oz dark rum
  • ¾ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • lime wedge for garnish

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, and shake until cold. Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with a lime wedge.

Let It Snow

You might not leave home this winter.

Rub orange zest along rim of large ceramic or glass mug. Prepare Treehouse Chocolate Co. Spiced Drinking Chocolate according to instructions and pour into prepared mug. Add vodkas in varying proportions according to taste. Stir well. Finish with a generous dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkling of cinnamon and a twist of orange zest.
